Animal Adventures at the Groschwitz Ferienhof

Our guests aren’t the only ones who feel at home here – many animal friends live on our farm too: three curious alpacas, two charming donkeys, horses, goats, chickens, rabbits, and of course, our cuddly house cat.

• Feeding time: Every Tuesday and Thursday, children and adults can get up close when our animals are fed – an experience full of strokes, smiles, and farmyard discoveries.
• Donkey walks: On request, we organize guided group walks with our donkeys – a slow-paced adventure that delights young and old alike.

Happiness on horseback

Our direct neighbor and cooperation partner is the Pferdewelt Groschwitz – just about 20 horse lengths away. Here, horse lovers of all ages will find:

• Riding lessons for children and adults
• Carriage rides across fields and meadows
• Private and group riding lessons
• Everything “around the horse”: from grooming and leading to building real friendships

Every Sunday, the Pony Club brings together horse-enthusiastic children and teenagers with their ponies – to ride, learn, play, and simply have fun.
